What is the setup fee?

Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the end of your billing period.
What happens if payment fails?
Your account enters a short grace period. If unresolved, the account is suspended until the invoice is settled.
What does white-label include?
Custom logo, colours, domain, and email sender name — replacing all Next Opay references with your brand (£299–£999 setup).
